Creamy Dark Chocolate with a Hint of Caramel
Our La Paz filter coffee has an elegant, sweet and chocolatey cup profile. It is low in acidity and turns each coffee break into a sensory experience. This green coffee is cultivated by the Café Organica Marcala S.A. - a coffee producer society in Honduras that proposes economic, social, and environmental objectives as a strategy to reduce poverty and to promote sustainable development. It grows at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level, on the mountain slopes of the western region of La Paz, and is made from the Catuai variety, which provides our coffee with its chocolatey, caramel-like and sweet taste.
Our La Paz coffee is gently roasted in our drum roaster in Hamburg.
