For coffee lovers, we now have three individual and unique points of contact for pure enjoyment. Copy/paste is not our style. Therefore, each café is set up individually, with consideration for the history of the location. One shop is small and intimage, the next spacious and airy, while the third is historical and cozy. Everyone can quickly find his or her favorite space.
This is where our journey into the world of cafes began. We opened our first café here on April 14, 2014 and have been extremely happy ever since. In Neustadt, which has always been a lively and characteristic district, we have converted a former agency office into our café. It’s small and intimate. The close proximity to the St. Michaelis Church (the Michel), the Gängeviertel and Jungfernstieg offers a good opportunity to take a coffee break between sightseeing and shopping.
In addition to the coffee, our fans rave about the cheesecake 😉

Baking has always been an integral part of this place. It is a tradition we will continue to uphold. Next to our usual quality coffee standard, we offer guests many delicacies such as vegan cakes, cookies and raw balls. All freshly made in our bakery.
Upcycling plays a significant role in our holistic view of sustainability. That is why, for the renovations of this place, it was crucial for us to reuse and restore the wood already present at the site. It is what gives this location its unique feel.
We are happy to have finally found a suitable location to welcome our guests in Eimsbüttel, providing you – as always – with the highest quality and big smilies.

The coffee shop located at Goldbekplatz 1 is in a building erected in 1899 by the architect Rick and it was original designed as a metal foundry. On the ground floor of the foundry a metal laundry and turnery were located. On the first floor you once found lathe machines and warehousing. In 2008 the building was carefully refurbished by the new owner Günther Franke. In June of 2017, Public Coffee Roasters moved in and has been welcoming happy customers to our coffee shop concept ever since. The combination of open space flooded with light and old brick walls creates a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking forward to sharing this space with you.
Beside the coffee everybody loves the avocado sandwich here!
