How much body is in your coffee? How much acidity? Is there a flavor of chocolate or fruit? Together we will discover the range of unexpected flavors in coffee.
You will not only discover wide variety of flavors you never knew were possible, but also learn about the coffee’s origins and processing. Team building happens all by itself: you still have the best conversationover a good coffee. During the cupping, we explain how to cup coffee (according to the CUP OF EXCELLENCE regulations) and then start with the practical experience. You will cup each coffee just like we do everyday and gain a broad understanding of the diversity of coffee.
