Aroma of Dark Chocolate, Honey and Nuts with a Round and Full Body

The Huila region of Columbia lies in the Western part of the country, near the Pacific Coast, and is well known for its wide variety of flavours. Most farmers from this area only own one to two hectares of farm land. They cooperate with one another and share the region's milling stations. This balanced coffee stands out with its intense taste of dark chocolate and sweet honey. It is awarded with the Rainforest Alliance Seal, as well as certified as organic. 

For our Moonlight blend we add Indian Malabar AA variety. The Monsoon is a special method in which the exposure of the beans to wind, sun and rain softens the coffee, giving it its strong earthy notes and spicy taste.
